April 15: 'Shepherd One' Arrives at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland

April 16: 10:30 am- Official welcome at the White House;

5:30 pm- Address to U.S. bishops

(Pope's 81st birthday)

April 17: 10 am - Celebrates Mass at Washington Nationals baseball stadium;

5 pm - Meets with directors of Catholic universities at The Catholic University of America;

6:30 pm - Inter-religious meeting at Pope John Paul II Cultural Center

 

NEW YORK:

April 18: Early morning flight from Washington area to New York;

10:45 am- Address to the United Nations;

6 pm - Prayer service at St. Joseph's Church in Manhattan

April 19: 9:15 am - Private Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral;

4:30 pm - Rally/Prayer Service at St. Joseph's Seminary in Yonkers (3rd anniversary of election as pope)

April 20: 9:30 am - Visit to Ground Zero;

2:30 pm - Mass at Yankee Stadium;

8 pm - 'Shepherd One' departs from JKF Airport to Rome
